Public Offer

1. Parties
This document is a public offer of Axis Reg LLP (hereinafter — the “Contractor”) addressed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter — the “Client”) who applies for services through the site axis-reg.com.
2. Subject matter
The Contractor provides consulting and support services in the field of registration of medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics and disinfectants in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union. The specific scope and price are agreed in an individual contract or commercial proposal.
3. Interaction procedure
A request through the site forms does not constitute conclusion of a contract but serves as the basis for preparing a personal commercial proposal. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of signing an individual agreement by both parties and receipt of the first payment on the Contractor's bank account.
4. Confidentiality
Before the Client transfers the registration dossier documents, the parties sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Information about composition, technology and commercial terms is protected as a trade secret.
5. Guarantees
In case of a reasoned refusal by the authorised state body to register, caused by the Contractor's actions, the dossier is resubmitted free of charge. The terms of the guarantee are fixed in the individual contract.
6. Limitation of liability
The Contractor is not responsible for changes in regulatory and legal acts that came into force after the contract was signed, nor for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client.
7. Applicable law
The relations of the parties are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes not settled through negotiations are subject to consideration in the Specialised Inter-District Economic Court of Almaty.
